TAHAN Tip
Even though HRF provides beds and linen, if you're the type who sleeps cold under heavy air-con (you know who you are), bring an extra layer or a light blanket. The units are well air-conditioned — which is great — but some people find fully air-conditioned rooms too cold overnight, especially if you're used to sleeping without it. Plan ahead so you're not stealing the kids' blanket at 3am.
Also — book on weekends only if you're okay with a livelier crowd. Families with kids, pool sessions, karaoke sessions — it gets cheerful. If you want a quieter stay, aim for a weekday. The experience is still great but way more chill.
