RETURN Policy

We want you to love your TAHAN experience, so we offer returns on most* orders within 14 days of receiving order (excluding final sale items). 

To qualify, returned items must be:

  • In brand new, sellable condition 
  • Not worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Free from stains, dirt, or odour
  • Returned with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and tags
  • Full-price items

Items that show signs of wear, damage from use, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is acceptable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gear damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Unwashed or excessively dirty items
  • Intimates (sports bras, underwear, swimwear, socks)
  • Spray products, fuel items, food or beverages
  • Items missing essential parts or accessories

Orders Containing a Free Gift

For orders that include a free gift:
If you return the purchased item, the free gift must also be returned.
If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin, simply WhatsApp us at +601136017811 or email us at rina@tahanoutdoor.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos or videos of the item (clearly showing the issue if defective or incorrect)
  3. Reason for return

Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address.

*Important: Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees depend on the reason:

TAHAN covers return shipping for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective items upon arrival (within 14 days)

Customer covers return shipping for:

  • Sizing or variation issues
  • Address errors, unclaimed parcels, or unsuccessful delivery attempts

Shipping fees are not refundable.

REFUND Policy

We offer full or partial refunds for the following cases:

  1. Wrong Item Received
    Refunds are available only if a replacement is not available or if the customer prefers a refund after being offered an exchange.
  2. Defective Item Upon Arrival (Within 14 Days)
    A refund is available if replacement stock is unavailable or if the customer prefers a refund.

  3. Size / Variation Issue
    Refunds will only be processed after the returned item passes warehouse inspection. The item must be returned in a complete set and in as-new condition. Refund amount will reflect the final price paid after any discounts or coupons.

  4. Orders Not Received After 28 Days
    Eligible for refund after verification with our delivery partners.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, wrongly order or change of mind.

Refunds may be issued as:

  • Discount code for future purchases
  • Original payment method (Credit/Debit card, GrabPay, TNG, ShopeePay, Atome, FPX)

Some things to note: 

  • TAHAN may hold your refund until your original item is received and inspected.
  • If an item is returned not in its original condition, TAHAN reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or reject the return.
  • Incorrect or incomplete refund details may result in your refund being issued as Discount Code.
  • Discount codes cannot be refunded or reissued.
  • TAHAN reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on product condition and usage validity.

    Standard Faulty/Damaged Product Warranty Coverage

    The warranty does not cover any defect/damaged in the product arising from:

    • ordinary wear and tear or natural deterioration;
    • misuse, inappropriate storage, lack of proper maintenance, willful damage, accident, negligence by the Customer or by any third party;
    • failure to install, operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, specifications or conditions made available to the Customer; or
    • any alteration or repair by the Customer or a third party
