Exit at Bentong and follow the route up to Janda Baik — it's a well-known area so GPS handles it fine. Once you're in Kampung Janda Baik, keep your eyes open for Lorong Lampin 1 on your left. The road into the area is paved and manageable for regular cars — no 4WD needed. You can also call ahead at 016-929 2872 since the owner is responsive and can guide you in if you overshoot.

What to Expect

This is a managed glamping site, not a pitch-your-own-tent situation. Tents come pre-set with bedding, pillows, an air cooler or mobile fan, and even a table lamp. The campsite sits right across from Sg Benus so you get that constant river soundtrack throughout your stay. It's not a big site — low crowd density is part of the appeal.

There are some light recreational activities available like badminton, darts, and archery, which is great if you're bringing older kids or a group who needs something to do beyond sitting by the river. The surrounding area of Janda Baik has eateries close enough to walk to — but again, only on normal days. On public holidays, you might be on your own.
